About your practitioner:
Sarah champions wellbeing for parents and recognises that parenting is by turns wondrous and gruelling, awe-inspiring in its beauty and then its savagery, and that parents both need and deserve time to process their experiences, engage with their peers, and from time to time exist in a held space where someone else has their back - this isn't a luxury, its a necessity: after all, you wouldn't expect a car to take you anywhere with no fuel in the tank! Her practice endeavours to help fill this gap.
Sarah lives in Crouch End with her partner and 3 children.
She's been teaching baby massage courses in Crouch End and Tottenham since 2017, having completed Level 5 training with the National Childbirth Trust (NCT); she qualified in 2025 as a Neurographica Specialist drawing for wellbeing coach, in order to diversify the ways she can support local parents, and as an excuse to use coloured pens in her professional practice!
Sarah previously worked as a volunteer Breastfeeding Network (BfN) peer supporter at the Whittington Hospital (2016-2024), and as an NCT antenatal teacher (2015-2020), for which she holds a Cert HE Birth and Beyond from the University of Worcester.
Sarah's other qualifications are a BA (Hons) in Fine Art from City & Guilds of London Art School and a BA (Hons) in Modern History & French from Merton College, Oxford.
Sarah is a founding member of the Birth & Beyond Collective, a group of yoga for pregnancy, postnatal yoga, and baby massage teachers who have trained with NCT in this or a related discipline.
